Dim Sung? no. ding sung? no. dim sun? NO! dim sum. yes. ok.
I have finally figured out (i think) how to spell dim sum. For those uneducated in Chinese culinary vocabulary, dim sum is the Chinese breakfast of choice. It is usually eaten on Saturday and Sunday but apparently, some are so addicted to them that they eat them every morning!!! (With CHinese tea)
Harriet Tam and I went to Shanghai in Dalston to deguse this Chinese delicacy.

I am not proud to say that I have been neglecting the site recently. It looks like the sidebar just got destroyed. Must be my fault for playing around with the CSS? Yes probably.Anyhow - I think it needs (deserves) a major overhaul. If you have any sunny ideas on how it should look, comment them below! For the time being, am working on my church’s new website. Will post when it goes live.
