Its Saturday August fifth today. This entire week we have had an average temperature of 18 degrees C. Prior to this, the temperature had been hovering around the 34-36 degree mark. What crazy summer twists sees such a large change in temp? I can understand it being for an evening, or even one day, but for an entire week, the change seems very severe.
We are enjoying our summer here, our first since 2002 when we first met. There have been so many changes, I think we could write a novel. We are definitely getting out for sports more frequently, Harriet is enjoying her job, and I am doing temp work with Adecco while I develop LABELME and some other fun ideas we hope will sustain us in the future.
Later in August, we are heading to England for a week with our old Church (www.cjscity.com) and then two weeks later, we travel to Italy for our close friends’ Lucy and Roberto’s wedding! How exciting.
But for now, its doing the grunt work, building LABELME into something which can stand on its own, and, believe it or not, still trying to get the house in order! (There is only so much I (Stu) can do … Harriet’s creativity and keen eye for detail seems to travel further than mine!
