Visitors

When I was about 13 a film came out in France called ‘Les Visiteurs’ which was a huge hit, hillarious… but that has nothing to do with the title of this post.

We have had a few more visitors, most importantly my sister, Elisa, and Francesca! It was so great to have them with us, to spend time with Jude and have their extra hands to help around the house, which very slowly getting under control.

Nadejda, a friend of my mum’s came around to see Jude and earlier in the month, Cathy David and Kyle came over.

Jude has been an absolute angel, but recently more on the loud side… I suppose he is going through a growth spurt as he has been wanting to eat more regularly, although all is still under control. He doesn’t seem to suffer terribly with stomach aches, and has been giving us some GORGEOUS smiles over the last week! He is nearly 5 weeks old now and we went to see the Pediatrician on Tuesday 27th. He then weighed 4,7 kgs and measured 55cms, and the doctor reassured us that he appeared to be in excellent health, and particularly ‘éveillé’ (awake) for his age… we are very proud parents indeed!

Also we went out for crepes on Jude’s one month birthday, on 28th May, in Rolle, where uncle Phil works! It was a lovely evening out, and Jude absolutely insisted on being a big part of it, but I don’t think he enjoyed it much as you can see on the picture below.

Was it something I said??

A smile for mummy!
