It’s easy (for some) to admit that they need a change in their lives. What is generally not as easy, is taking hold of change. Last night I had the privilege of speaking to ICF Geneva about how to make it through the change process. I looked at some of the different challenges that we all face when attempting significant life change, and pointed out the fact that true change starts with a spiritual change in our lives, when we connect with the change agent, Jesus Christ.
